Ali quickly diagnosed the problem and identified that a short circuit in the old thermostat had caused two fuses to blow, resulting in the AC failure. He efficiently replaced both fuses, installed a new thermostat, thoroughly tested the system, and restored the unit to full working condition. Ali demonstrated excellent technical knowledge, professionalism, and troubleshooting skills. He worked efficiently, explained the issue clearly, and completed the repairs in a timely manner, minimizing disruption to our business operations.
